I have this blister like soar near my groin area and it appeared about 3 days ago. It was very painful at the touch at first and today it ruptured and won't stop bleeding. The entire soar is about the size of a quarter and in the middle is the blister. I have begun to worry a lot and not sure if I need to go to a doctor or not. By the way I have never had sex so that is not the issue.
