Im around 6/7 weeks and i had the medical abortion pill today. I was so anxious whilst i waited for the cramps and bleeding however 7 hours later i got no cramps and minor spotting. I just went to the toilet and a huge clot just came out and im assuming that was the worst of it because i’ve felt fine since? How strange i thought everyone experienced awful cramps etc..
