im 17 and just started to have pains in my left testical which im worried it could be cancer :( but i dont want to tell my family or go to the doctors because its quite embarrassing for me. could my testicle be bruised from me checking it ??

so what do you think i shoud do ?

go to the doctors ?
wait a couple of weeks to see if the pains goes away ?
