Pains..

Hi, I just started on Yasmin (birth control pill) a week ago (Sunday the 18th) everything was fine up until yesterday. When I urinate, when my bladder is empty I get this REALLY sharp pain down there and today I noticed bleeding, not heavy, but not "spotting". Is this something I should be worried about and call my doctor? Or is this just a normal side effect? Thank you in advance.
