Hello, I just went through my tonsillectomy 9 days ago and my soft palate is hunging low and swollen and also my uvula is swollen. My Dr never mentioned about it and now I feel like I was mislead by him. I called him and told him, and started to brush me off, as if it is just an allergy. The truth is I can breath through my nose while I am in bed, now I snore, drool, and chock. I am so powerless right now, just praying for better day. Could you please, tell me what is your condition now? Did you see any improvement? By the way, my nose is more nasal now, which i hate and so far I can not blow my nose. The air does not come through the right passages somehow. I need help. Please, tell me about your present condition. Thank you for your help
I had a tonsillectomy 6 weeks ago! My throat all of sudden is white in color and burns! Is this part of healing? I have clear saliva hanging back there as well.
