the palms and three fingers on both of my hands are peeling,dry, on the palm nearest the thumb have tiny lumps under the skin.They dont seem to ever get better ive had this problem 6yrs now.its embarrasing to hold my hands out in front of people too.They are rough when i scratch the dry white skin its sore and jist keeps returning even if i use cream.help
