Yes... I have chronic pancreatitis and I have terrible night sweats. Course I'm a female so it could be menopause too, either way it's awful.

What type of doctor are you seeing? My son has seen several doctors but none have associated the two but I believe there is a connection. He started night sweats nearly a year ago and has recently been diagnosed with Panceatitis.

Also, research Bile Acids esp. if you don't have a gallbladder or sludge, congested bile ducts as this will help break down the dietary fats. I'm surprised a lot of drs don't recommend this. You would take the bile acids anywhere from about about 1-2 hrs. after your meal so they can help absorb the fats when they are in the small intestine. Taking them with the meal and with other enzymes will compete witht hem and cause more problems. Hope this helps! :)
