Everytime i poop, after 20 mins i notice the my anus has this pea sized lump.
it doesnt really show yet when im just sitting, but when i squat it starts to develop and its gone the next day.
when i poop its there again.
it could be a skin tag (i know weird spot for one of those, but it's possible. Skin tags are harmless btw) or maybe a hemmroid. If there isn't pain/discomfort/bleeding or anything odd that you notice when you see it, I wouldn't worry
