I've had a small white spot for years and in last 3 days it has got bigger up to a size of a pea !

It's quite tender on the skin , ( to the bottom left of sack) and little bit red and yellow.It's not attached to my testicles though just under the skin of sack.

I don't know weather to leave it to see if it goes down or go docs now ? thanks guys !
