I'm very scared because few days ago I discovered small bumps in the area where ppp appears. I have had SP for many years but now it looks worse too than a few moths ago. What could I do to prevent them? I'm 18 years old and a bit depressed beacuse of them.

SP appeared first time about five years ago, I guess. I don't remember exactly. Why would it get so bad in short time? I quit smoking and have tried to do sports more often but I don't know if it helps in any way with this.

Your best bet is to go see a doctor, I know it's embarrassing but it beats spending any more time suffering in silence. Also it's impossible to diagnose anything over the internet, and even if it were, no one on this forum is a qualified medical professional.

Kudos for quitting smoking but from my understanding it has no effect on SP or PPP, same with exercising.

Great to hear Trent. I don't have Fordyce's so I have no idea if it would work or not. If the doctor method for treating Fordyce's is the hyfrecator or Co2 laser then it might be worth trying on a few of them, then if it works, zap the rest.

Just did the Procedure...can't tell you how nervous i was to put the hot ass iron on my junk....and nobody says how much numbing cream to use or if you should wipe it off!, so this is day 1 i will say what i did...

i purchased "F&E Tattooist" skin painless cream, 6% lidocaine and 4% Prilocaine, i used a Q tip to apply the cream all over the area and some even around the outside areas to be safe, than i dubbled up on the cream just to safe because i was so nervous...

i also ordered a standard 30w Soldering Iron on Amazon.com, the exact model is, Darice Crafters Toolbox Soldering Iron

i applied enough cream to where you cant see the PPP, covered and wrapped penis with clear plastic sandwich bag, saran wrap would work too, ....The iron heats up fast so i didnt plug it in untill i was sure i was Numb...to test if your numb, take something pointy and poke the areas u plan to Iron, i poked with tip of a scissor and i couldnt feel a thing, i poked multiple times to ensure because i was so nervous, than i slowly nervously poked at some PPP with the iron and didnt feel a thing

 

they say to wait for a popping sound,....you will immediately hear a sizzling sound, and on any of the bigger ones u will hear a sizzle and crackling sound, at 1st i was poking for half a second, and i thought about the person that said its better to press firmly into it, so certain spots i would press a little more firmly....i didnt have any antiseptic so i dabbed the area with a paper towel wet with Peroxide....i know their is going to be days of being scared because they are all white and looks like i have some STD around head of penis, i will report back when it scabs and heals, and hopefully i pressed firm enough or i will have to do it again, but its burnt for sure, i didnt feal a THING! hope other people that are scared try this,

Yeah it looks pretty nasty while it's healing, but in 2 weeks the skin will look brand new.

yea it does look pretty nasty, guessing im going to be nervous for a while cuz i look like a burn victim....any suggestions on bandaging, i wrapped with paper towel, didnt feal so good pealing that off today

Don't wrap it with anything trent. Just dry it with a blow dryer when you get out of the shower so that it doesn't come in contact with something that could contain a lot of germs, then put neosporin or some other antiobiotic ointment around it.

Doing this, mine only took a week and a couple of days to dry, peel, and heal fully. But I am Wolverine, so your healing may be slower. (Although I'm pretty sure it was the neosporin.)

Or if you decide to wrap it, just don't use anything sticky like a bandage. I could imagine that would hurt peeling off D:

I just got the balls and equipment to get this done tonight.  For anyone that gets the EMLA cream, be sure to read the instructions which tell you to apply without spreading under a patch for an hour before operating. I was plenty numb and didn't feel a thing.  Mine are big and white right now, with a couple black specks on the ones I really burned.    Applied neosporin and am patiently waiting for my day of smoothness.

Slightly off topic, but I remember an Indian guy claiming he got rid of this fordyce spots by inserting a heated up needle into the bump.  If that even works, this numbing cream would very much come in handy.  I would probably test it on one or two before committing to that.
