Glad to hear about your Jounrey M Gentleman, 1st few days will be scary depending on how much burning u did, for me things have gone well, the side of my penus wich had bigger bumps than other, healed slower, all together takes about 2 weeks to get some really nice healing, seems like their is a few lil bumps left over, but i am not in a rush to burn my self again, it was shitty healing up...keep it dry and apply the neosporin and that is the biggest trick, 

Right now about 2 weeks and few days later all the PPP is pretty much gone, the ones that bothered me under my penis head, are completely gone, they scabbed the worst, and i am still waiting on a lil bit of healing, over all it is a night and day difference...i had this black mark on the tip of my penis for years that bothered me, idk what it was from, i also burn that with solder iron and i was scared cuz it looked even bigger and blacker, luckily it was a scab, and other day it came off and the whole black mark is now gone :)!!!

if u apply the emla cream around shaft i would think it could get rid of fordyce spots too, but im not in a rush to be out of commission again any time soon, keep in mind all, dont hold the soldering iron on the bumps any longer than a second, at most i would press it on their for half or 1 second, 2 or 3 seconds could lead to scarring im sure, and it looked like i burnt the sh*t outa my penis in this one spot, cuz the skin turned white and took longer to heal, but low and behold, just keep it dry and neosporin and it scabbed up and is almost Gone!, Be safe!

oops i didnt mean emla cream will get rid of spots, meant apply it around fordyce spot area and then quickly hit with solder iron, could work im sure

Hello everyone. I read throughout this entire forum and was very inspired by all the active users to use this method, I have tried practically everything under the sun. toothpaste, castor oil, tee tree, countless scams, and decided i needed to take the very physical approach, nail filing, so i researched how to do it safely, came by this forum, read all the good things about the soldering iron,  so I decided this is the way... I bought a 25W soldering iron and EMLA numbing cream, as directed by previous guys. I took a shower, scrubbed down my penis so it was nice and clean and applied the EMLA very generously. Very. Life probably more than half the tube, waited about 15 minutes and spent like 5 minutes shaking and heart slamming on my chest cavity, I'm burning my freaking penis!!! Wtf am i thinking!!! Eventually i got the balls to burn one, and to my uttmost relief didn't feel anything, like Steve said it's kinda off putting how numb it makes you. I spent probably 5 minutes burning them, doing some of them over again, I have one gigantic papule, and the rest are clustered together at average or small size. I'm fairly certain i burned them all, however I'm not exactly sure if i burn them enough or what. I applied the iron to each one for about split second, pulled back, put it on again for a little bit longer, heard some crackling like how rice crispies crackle with milk in a bowl of cereal, and they turned white, and i know that's im supposed to wait for a popping sound but i only got the distict POP on a few, which is why im not too sure if i burned them enough, immedietly after i applied a wealthy amount of polysporin. Right now... approxomity 10 minutes after my surgery... the papules are extremely noticeable, very white and maybe enlarged... although that could just be because theyre very white. I just want them to go away, I've dated 4 girls who all wanted to get sexual but everytime a girl mentions this stuff, i get this horrible anxiety because of the fact my penis looks like it has contracted some kind of Egyptian plague. So I will be reporting back here any time i see something worth documenting, but I would like to thank EVERYONE on this forum who took part in this method, I don't know what insane genius came up with this idea but I never would have had the balls to do this without the support from everyone here. 2013 for me must be... papule free ! 

Hello everybody! I know none of you will probably believe me, but i was the "guest" 2 years ago who got in the little verbal sparing match with 'kirk' at the beginning of the forum.

Over 2 years ago i had posted on yahoo answers a question "Self-Removal of Pearly Penile Papules? (with soldering iron)?". I didn't get any good feedback from that post (all i had to go on is what i read on a very underground forum of 1 guy saying he used a soldering iron and not giving a lot of detail about it) but I continued anyway and posted on"med help" a day by day post about my experiment with using a soldering iron and EMLA to remove my PPP. One of the registered doctors on that website was even interested in how my experiment turned out. Unfortunately the post was deleted by someone from the medhelp website :( I think that it was getting too popular and med help couldn't be associated with experimental and "dangerous" procedures (i say dangerous very sarcastically lol). Any-who I emailed med help and asked them to put it back up and never got a reply back, so i tried posting on other forums to get the word out about how successful and inexpensive it was to do. Which eventually lead to to post HERE!

But after that little sparing battle with kirk at the beginning of this forum and no real reply of anyone trying this method (and being extremely busy in the past 2 years) i kinda gave up trying to get the word out.

Then today (over 2 years latter) i stumbled back on this forum to see if anything had become of it and all i can say is WOW!!! It actually took off! I'm so glad that other people could experience the feeling i had when the scabs fell off and i was left with a smooth penis, without having to pay doctors hundreds or even thousands of dollars to do it with a laser.

And it probably wouldn't have taken off if "smooth" hadn't stuck with this forum to encourage, inform, and help people with this operation. (haha my had like everybody else was shaking like a leaf the first time lol i had to set it down and take some deep breaths before actually sticking that 300+ degree iron on my most delicate and prized body part).

Smooth, i think everyone, especially me owes you a great bit of thanks for all you've done to keep this going so that other people can hear about this and finally get rid of they PPP forever! I would have stuck with this forum but i was (and still am) extremely busy with stuff going on in my life right now. You did what i wanted to do but couldn't, you spread this procedure like wildfire, thanks a bunch man! i'll buy you a beer someday :)

Most of all i want to thank the anonymous guy who i had originally read about the soldering iron method (if i remember correctly he performed it on himself in 2004 and posted about it on some 'no-name' forum that probably isn't even online anymore) after reading his post i couldn't find a single shred of information of ANYBODY else trying it (i googled for countless days lol) So whoever that guy is, he is the godfather of truely putting an end to PPP without shelling out hundreds of dollars that most people don't have to get it done by laser. Whoever you are, if you end up reading this some day i think i speak for all of us who used the soldering iron method in saying THANK YOU!!

 

I wish kirk would take a look at the forum now so i could give him the biggest "I TOLD YOU SO!!!!" ever!

Noxxy, you just made my year. THANK YOU for this, it was definitely life changing for me. It's been something that I have been dealing with for 6 years now, and to have it go away in a week and half with no pain? Flawless.

Well hell yeah Noxxy! Hopefully more people come across this forum. Your post has killed many papules, you are the true PPPslayer. haha.  So its been quite a few hours since my procedure, nothings really changed, I felt no pain during or at any point after the procedure... So so far so good I suppose. I don't know what's supposed to happen next, I'm still unsure if i burned them enough! Did anyone elses papules stay white and clear as day a few hours after? Am i just waiting for it to scab basically? 

Thats very deep man atleast you know now that other ppl are finding out about this scary yet wonderful n cost effective method.... I hope the word continues to spread and this forum doesnt get deleted either!!! Btw I havent gotten rid of mine yet.... Im looking for a good numbing cream from eBay..Any good links u can lead me too ? Plz

@javon When i got rid of my PPP i used EMLA (same thing that PPPslayer is recommending) . It is a prilocaine lidocaine mix that they usually put on young kids before giving them a shot so they don't cry, when i used it i didn't feel a thing. you can't buy it in the U.S. without a prescription, but i found a pharmacist in India that sold it on amazon so i bought it that way, i tried looking recently and it seems that amazon and Ebay are really cracking down on foreign countries selling pharmaceuticals and shipping them into the US. Not encouraging illegal activity.... *disclaimer* but look around and i'm sure you'll find something.

One thing i would recommend against is benzocaine (used for mouth sores) and can be purchased over the counter. It doesn't help very much at all, so i would discourage you from going that route.  

@PPPslayer just wait 2 weeks and let it heal before burning more. You can always burn it again, but if you go TOO overboard it could cause problems like scarring. Also if you have a job where you're walking a lot like i did, your penis rubbing against your pants will cause some pain during the healing process. it sounds weird but to combat the rubbing I got GLAD cling wrap, put some anti-biotic ointment in it and wrapped up the head of my penis so it wouldn't give me pain while i was walking. Kinda weird taking a pee in the restroom though and having to peal off the glad wrap while another guy is standing right next to you HAHAHA that was funny!

 

Thanks for the reply Noxxy. So far it's starting to scare the fck outta me... A few random papules have turned red and are scabbing i think, looks like i have herpes!! :( But i guess by 2 weeks it should all be healed... just starting to get to the "ugly" stages i guess and healing... any tips anyone? Is this normal btw? For the papules to go red?

PPPslayer make sure to use Neosporin, its a must have, and yea, the 1st few days it will look pretty bad down their, even the 1st week for me it looked pretty screwed up on some parts, more white and screwed lookin, but it will heal and scab, make sure to use that neosporin though get the one with pain relief it will heal much faster and prevent scaring!
