Peeing Out Semen

Hi, I'm 32 and it happens to me when I haven't ejaculated in a while.  I'm not on any medication and there is no burning afterwards either.  But yeah, I'll pee and then just like the previous comment, I'll feel this feeling in my penis -mainly the tip, I'll try to pee a little more, but semen totally comes out instead, even though I don't have an erection.   It actually kind of feels good.  Sometimes, a lot of semen comes out -even the same amount of semen that might come out normally.  And even after I'm done peeing/semening and I've put my underwear on, I'll notice later that some remainder semen has leaked out on to the underwear.  Anyway, this is totally the body's way of getting rid of excess semen.  It's nothing to worry about.

I been on perkacets for two weeks now tramadol and when i pissed i seen the piss hit the water and seen the weird stuff that looked like it could be sperm and sometimes it does burn or irritate me for like five minutes but it don't start till like five minutes after i piss. what could it be?

Hey guys I've just had that happen to me, I do believe its part of life, I've Ben having that issue for ever since I could remember. I'm 18. ADD meds are a stimulant; they stimulate your prostate and does push a little semen out from build up of the stimulation. It's normal. Probably happens more during a bowel movement as pushing against prostate more. Adderall did this to me constantly. Vyvanse still occurs, but not as frequent. Keep hydrated with plenty of fluids (primarly water). If there is pain, then see a dr. Ive spoke to my dr about this and it is typical to occurr on stimulant meds (ADD meds). Hope this eased minds.

I take ADD medication as well. Thank God. I thought something was wrong with my penis and balls.

Happened to me last night for the first time ever.  I'm 39.  Went to take a piss before bed, walked away and felt the urge to go back as I felt I had to piss again.  Didnt want to get the dripsy's in my gitch.  Pulled it out, waited, felt like I had to piss, try to "Squeeze it out" and cum dripped out.  Felt weird and was worried I had testicular cancer or something.  LOL.  Wiped it up a bit and looked at it.  I was 95% sure it was jizz.  Just came on to here to look for an answer to my concerns.  I'm clearly not the only one.  Didnt hurt or anything, felt slightly good (very slightly).  After the occurence, I figured it might just be overload, so I manned up and finished the job, everything working as normal.
