Hey, I'm a pharmacist...... I've had this happen for almost 30 years. I only happens then I take sympathomimetic drugs. This drugs (amphetamines, phentermine, pseudoephedrine etc) cause the prostate to contract harder. After urinating you contract your prostate to eliminate any lingering urine. If you contract it really hard then relax you can actually feel it release as it is thicker. Some men can actually ejaculate using a technique called prostate massaging.

I'm not on any medications nor do I have an std. I just tried a drug that I had never taken before over the weekend and suddenly I experienced the same thing. The same thing has been happening to me for over 2yrs and its usually when I take phentermine or addy's. The only thing different with me from what everyone else here has said is I also get the same pain after I get off during sex, but the pain is much worse. It doesn't last but a handful of minutes but it makes me ball up in pain. I get kidney stones real bad so I thought maybe my cum was pushing the stone and that's were the pain came from.
