I wouldn't want to scare you, but just for the sake of your future health, it might be wise to visit your ob-gyn so a professional can make sure what is going on. And, to me, at least, it sounds like you have irritated and inflamed pelvic floor, so it even might be possible you'll need antibiotics for the pain to completely go away.
Does it hurt more when you urinate?
