I have sebaceous glands on the shaft and scrotum of my penis. I have one that looks like a pimple, with a white top, and red around it, on my scrotum. It is red and hurts when i touch it, i have been putting neosporin on it for a few days but it doesnt seem to be doing anything. I am 14 and have never had any sexual intercourse. Is this an infection or will it go away on its own, and is there any way to make it go away faster?
It'll go away on its own.
It looks like a pimple because it is one. Sebaceous glands are just oil glands. They get clogged and you get a pimple.
Just wash with a regular soap and keep it clean. Try not to pop it, it can scar.
