No way is a 5 inch erect penis to small dude. You are only thirteen and still have a lot of growing to do. You don't say if you have started puberty yet or not ( guys do develop at different speeds and times). However just relax and enjoy this stage of your life. The girls don't really care about the size as it's all about your technique you will one day use to pleasure them. I was smaller than 5 inches at thirteen yet as an adult now no girl has complained about my six and half inches.
