Hello, I am 16 years old (just turned 16 yesterday!) and I am very concerned.
I have started growing pubic hair at 13 years old, and facial hair in the past couple months, but my penis and testicles seem to not have grown yet, even though there is a lot of hair! (when flaccid it looks like a baby penis, it really makes my self confidence drop, and when erected its about 7-8cm).
Is it just because everyone goes through puberty differently (like hair grows first and then the size of genitalia increases) or am I doomed for life? is there some cure? injections? i would like a serious response from you first as i live with my mother and she is not exactly a person you can talk to about those things.

the size of your penis really isnt that small. (believe me i know as i think mine is very small as well especially when not erect.) but normally in puberty your testicles start to grow first then your penis lengthens and then pubic hair and the penis gets fatter. this isnt always the order but its the general average order. now it may seem like your penis hasnt grown but thats probably because you see it every day and the changes are so slow that you dont notice it. also when you look down on your penis it looks smaller because it is seen from a different perspective. finally how are you measuring it when erect? are you overweight at all? these all play big rolls in accuratly knowing your penis size. how about your testicles how big are they? (lenth, width, depth).

your penis is about 3cm shorter than averege and that is normal put try masturbateing more it will help the groth of your penis and bust your selfconfedents.
