im 20 yrs old and i had unprotected sex about a month and a half ago, its only now that my urinary tract near the tip of my penis hurts whenever i pee, and theres a discharge of precum on the tip of my penis all day. could this be chlamydia or some other std? please help. i know i could just go to the doctors for checkup but i wanna know first . And also how can i treat this

It very well can be an STD, and probably is from your description. We can't tell if it is chlamydia or something else.
You NEED to see your doctor for a test. No sex until you are tested either - so you don't spread any possible infection.
Treatment is by antibiotics.
