I'm a 31 y/o male. When i masturbate, it doesn't take me too long to cum. Yet during sex, I can go for a really, really long time, but my penis will start to get very sensitive and painful, to the point that I need long breaks during sex before continuing--or at times, i need to stop completely. Also, I rarely achieve an orgasm through sex, whereas it is fairly easy through masturbation. I've read a bit about Anorgasmia (failure to achieve orgasm and ejaculation--through sex) and I'm sure that I have that. I would like to know what cures or treatments there are for anorgasmia and for a sensitive penis head--especially treatments other than just retracting the foreskin to desensitize the glans.
I heard that theres a sort of illness that when the male's penis hurts when having sex, but i can't remember the name. You have to stop trying to seek informal knowledge and get to a doctor fast, because if you dont cure it then it might get worse: you might be infertile or even unable to be erected.

I do know that virgin boys, upon their first time, might experience pain during intercourse.  Its because of the foreskin stretching, which after the intercourse, they bleed. Don't worry, the penis will be sore after that, but it will be fine.

But matters aside, go seek medical attention, IMMEDIATELY!
