Oh, I've just re-read your posting, and I missed that you said it hurts without the skin.
I assume you're saying the head of your penis hurts when the foreskin is pulled back, exposing the sensitive head. This will improve over time, as more air and exposure occurs, reducing the sensitivity. Give it time.
