Hello, I' m 15 years old and I have some type of a infection on the head of my penis its on the front and back side. I'm a virgin but I have kissed a couple of girls, I don't think it's a s.t.d but I'm not sure what exactly it is. And it's progressing to become more of a problem, it doesn't really hurt, I'm just irritated becuase I don't know what it is. It starts as a white bump and it turns into white lines. Hi, I have never heard of anything similar and I have heard of quite a bit. Maybe you haven’t explained it very well but I have seen only once a white bumo on penis head and there was no way for it to turn into lines because it was very hard lump.
I reckon you should report this problem to your parents and then make an appointment at the urologist to see what is happening.
The white stuff could be accumulating due to improper hygiene and not washing regularly under the foreskin but it wouldn’t make a lump unless really a lot of stuff accumulated.
