I'm uncircumcised and I've always had this really bad pain whenever I touch the inside of my foreskin. For example, when I pull back the foreskin of my penis and I touch the penis itself (without the foreskin), it hurts beyond belief. Has anyone ever had this problem before and if so, what did you do? I'm not sure if this is an infection because I've always had this problem my entire life.

No it's not an infection because from what I've been told by a doctor, you'll get a dark brown precum from an infection or at least something oozing out that would be similiar to blood in it. I'm no doctor but If I remember, It hurt for me before I had sex for the 1st time and The skin of the penis is suppose to be of the most delicate as well as contains the most nerves so you'll feel basically everything
