no been there for as long as i can remember... im 14; one part tanner than darker ring than it goes lighter tan
This is normal, tell your mom that your worried and ask her to take you to a doc. But it is normal, i know a few guys that are like that.

its cause ur circumcised and when it goes to lighter tan and were the ring is thats were they took out ur foreskin thats how mine is im circumcised

You people obviously haven't ever seen a penis other than your own. As soon as he said 2 diff colors I knew exactly what he meant. Quite a few men will have a definitive line where the skin tone of their penis changes, about 1/4 of the way down. Some say it's due to circumcision.
Don't worry about it. It is because you are circumsized. About 80% of men are circumsized in the united states, and around 30% sound the world. Girls won't bother about it to much. Most guys have this, including me, and is perfectly normal.
