Hi I'm 15 going on 16 and over the past few years i have realized that my foreskin isn't normal.

when i try and pull the foreskin back i can only see my japs eye i cant see anything else. There is also a little piece of skin preventing me from pulling it back further as it makes it hurt.

What can i do to make it normal???
