My last period was on 18th of January, 2017 and we are trying to conceive. Today on the 05.Feb 2017, I started with moderate bleeding, cramps and also back pain like I normally do during a period. I am therefore 11 days early before my next period. I also lifted a heavy object today in the morning. My normal cycle is about 29-30 days. Please advice what this could be. I am freaking out. could this be a very early miscarraige? or early period? I saw some dark brown mucous kind of discharge so I am very distressed. Please advice.
