I have periodically pain in testicles, stopping soon after ejaculation. I'm 33, I have more often dull ache in left testicle.
Mg13,

You say you are age 33. Have you had this pain before, or for long?
Certainly, it can't be pleasant, and would put anyone "off their game" if they knew that sex was going to bring pain.

I can't be certain without an exam, but it is possible that the testicles are pulling up to the body in expectation of contact with intercourse. (Nature's way of getting them out of harm's way, in preparation for ejaculation.)

After ejaculation, they relax and sink lower in the scrotum once again. This might be an explanation.

Another might be that either or both epididimus may be infected, irritated or swollen. In that case, contact with the tops of the testicle where this is located could be painful. A trip to the medical clinic is called for.

Although it is possible to wait and see if the inflamation can subside, you don't want to overlook pain in the testes area that continues.

Make a doctor's appointment.

Why do I have testicular pain until ejaculation? What are my treatment options? The balls aren't blue, they are normal color.
