i was nearly 2 weeks late on my period and when i finally come on i was on for 2 days my normal period is a week and is always on time..

I decied take a test an it was negative but i now have really tender breast and i feel sik quite a lot i am a healthy girl not ill and i have really painful stomac cramps could anybody help me
I just need to know why im like this
