Personality affects if soboxone?

My fiancée was addicted to Percs for a year which eventually led to a heroin addiction for another year. He began taking soboxone, had fallen off the wagon a few times but is sober now. He injects his subs, which is not the way he's suppose to, but he also is like a completely different person. He never wants to be around me or his family, we haven't had sex in over a year, he shows no signs of emotions besides anger and he's very moody. This man used to adore me, for 8 years and even while he was using opiates. He seems like at times he searching for a way to be happy, and hes choosing the wrong options, like having relationships with other woman. anyone know of this is directly contributed to the soboxone? Not the relationship parts I strictly mean the personality affects.
