After 2 years of active fitness practicing, I think I am ready for something a bit different. Pilates seems attractive, but I am more interested in pilates ball exercises for balance improvement. It looks as if in those exercises there are more than simple body fitness. Did anyone try these exercises? Are they any good?

Pilates ball exercises for balance. Those are just a small percentage of all the things you'll be performing with Swiss ball. What's important is that these balance exercises are not something you'll stumble upon in most of fitness programs. In some way, they resemble some movements performed in martial arts, where maintaining good balance is everything. Believe me. I should know that, I'm practicing aikido while my girlfriend is a fitness instructor.
