Hello there, I am a 46 years old female. Could you recommend me some good pilates video? I am not sure if there is someone who knows anything about this subject but I had to ask. And if you have an experience with some video personally, it would be great. But if not it doesn't matter. Every answer is most welcome.

Hi there, I will help you out. First you should know that this is my opinion only. Winsor Pilates from Mari Winsor is the best tape which can be found. You should know however that the best thing you could do is to go on some classes of pilates first, before watching the tape. I heard about this other tape. It is called" The Method Pilates - Precision Toning and Sculpting". I hope that I helped you at least a little.
