Hi,
I need advice. My father has constant problems with his back for a few years now. Doctors gave him some exercises, but they didn’t help, tough he worked out on daily basis. I read somewhere that Pillates exercise help. I need advice from someone that had experience with Pillates exercise. Are they helpful (also for elder)?

I am still working out with Pillates exercise. The best way is to exercise in a group… since you need this special machines.
The Pillates exercise is mental and physical programs and is designed for specific needs and as I said performed on specially designed exercise apparatus. But Pilates exercise is very effective…
