i am 24 years old and there is lump on left side of the scrotum ,i think it is pimple as it hurts me badly when i try to pop it out or when it is pressed or stretched while walking or sitting..it look like swollen skin having some liquid inside but it is not popping out n i don't want to squeeze as it hurts really bad..it has been third day now and i don't want to goo to doctor ...i also noticed some blood coming out of it once or twice but very less quantity.,,what is this thing actually and how can i cure it ..thanx in advance

I think it best if you go to doctor and don't look solution at this forum.
