Pimple on penis

I have recently been noticing redness in my balls, it itches and is very red when scratched. I have been applying athletes foot cream to my balls because i think it might just be jock itch. But the other day i noticed a pimple on the shaft of my penis. I popped it as any normal teenager would do. (By the way i am 15 years old and have had sex with two people both were virgins.) I don't know what this is i am very worried it is herpes because i feel i have some of the sympthoms, but i am just a hypochondriac. I also have white spots on my ballsack and some on the shaft of my penis. But i did some research and it says that they are normal for teenagers and are just some ingrown hairs. I am very worried about this pimple. I would like to go to the doctor but i don't know how to tell my parents and if i do have herpes i will not know how to deal with this. please let me know if it seems like i have herpes to you, thank you.
