I'm not sure how to explain this, but there's things that look like pimples on my ballsack. On both sides too, only a couple pop but most don't. There's a lot of them too, I'm worried because they always itch. I've never had sex or anything, but it looks almost like acne. I have pictures also please help!

Do not post the pictures.
They could very well be pimples. You can get them on the scrotum or the penis as well.
Treat them like you would any other pimple. Keep the area as clean and dry as possible.
