I’m a 19 year old female and I have what seems like a purple pimple under my right breast but when I poped it (it’s happened twice this time being the second time) blood comes out, it would sting but then it would go away. i'm a 16 year old girl with a medium breast size, i only noticed this today but i have this small, flat bump under my left breast at the base, it only hurts when i press down on it too hard or if i run my nail across it, it has been hotter lately and i may have been sweating and i don't do sports or wear proper bras so i don't know what this could be, i'm too scared to go to a doctor

Hi im 29 yrs old ,my breast size is 36 b ,few days back I got a small pimple like bump on my aerola .there was pus in it as as well the place was tender ,I have polycystic ovarian syndrome too and tend to get pimples on my face and back but this bump on my aerola was a bit different from the rest .Is it a sign of cancer ,im panicked.
