i had sex and later on that night i noticed a rash started to develop around my pelvic area and above my penis in the pubic area, i showered and put soap in the area and the next day its covered in these little white heads and it itches and bugs me, i had some pretty rough sex and could this just be cause by friction or what can it be? little worried so any suggestion will help
