Hello Ashley,
Your daughter might be allergic to something she is wearing. It could be detergent in the clothing or the material itself. Have you put any new clothing on her. It's always best to wash new clothing before you wear it. Often times there are finishing chemicals in the material. Get some hydrocortisone cream or some benadryl cream. Wash the area well with antibacterial soap and rinse well. Don't leave any soap behind. Dry the area well and apply some cream. Try to keep clothing away from the area as best you can. Have her wear something with no sleeves or big sleeves so that nothing touches her there. If she has an allergy and you have removed (whatever it is) you should see improvement within a few days to a week. It will take time for the pimples (rash) to completely heal.
