im a 17 year old kid, i occasionally get a pimple or two not on my penis but near the base where pubic hair grows. i dont think its an STD because when i first got them i was a virgin, now that i am not a virgin i still get some occasionally, they are just little whiteheads and pop very easily, ive looked at several pictures of all stds i could possibly think of, im pretty sure its not but i figure its better to be safe than sorry. thanks
