Pin Prick Pain in forearm and (my) left side of chest

Hi there,

Every so often I get this pin prick pain in my forearm and seems to happen at exactly the same time on the left hand side (my) of my chest.

Its like someone's putting a long pin in my forearm and it comes out and enters my chest from the side (under my arm area)

Seems to be happening a lot my frequently now.

If you have any ideas what this is all about, please send it my way.
