Secondly, your period is your body expelling everything to do with pregnancy, preparing it for the next egg, so you're as likely to get pregnant then as stay dry under the shower, unless of course his sperm books into a Holiday Inn for a couple of weeks. Then it has to survive plan b etc? Hell, if it does that, it's got to be a miracle birth, and the last of those was over two thousand years ago.

Not that I don't know the logic, but you're an adult (I presume), and that means, among other thngs, preparing for life, as well as riding it the best you can - you've both done some fine riding, it seems, but if you prepare a little, even just in your mind and thoughts, but preferably in practice as well, then pregnancy - should it occur -will be a different but powerful life stream you live, not a disaster you're terrified to avoid.
