I took plan b about 7 days ago and today I'm experiencing sharp pelvic pain like my period is about to start soon. I have endometriosis as well so having pelvic pain a few days before my cycle is normal. However, if my cycle does come soon it will be a week early, is that normal? Or can I be pregnant?

Plan B can make your periods early or late. It can also cause cramping.
It's normal.
