I had plantar facia release surgery on both feet at the end of March 2013. I spent two weeks in surgical shoes and now am wearing tennis shoes with gel inserts to cushion them when I walk. I returned to work 5 days after my surgery. I am now experiencing numbness in my feet and spreading up my legs to just below my knees. I am very freaked out and worried. Its not like I can just sit around for the rest of my life with my legs elevated. I am now entering week four since my surgery but still cannot stand more than a few minutes without pain. The numbness is getting worse and I don't know what to do. I go back to the POD on Thursday.

I had this surgery on BOTH of my feet (orthroscopic) 15 years ago, and have never had a problem until now. My right foot seems like the plantar faciatis is back...ugh. Right now, I'm trying to take it easy, but if it doesn't get better, I have no problem doing the surgery again. It was - by far - the easiest recovery from surgery I have ever had and I wish you all as good of healing as I have had! I was back up and at 'em in a week.

Suffering from planter fasciitis is terrible. I have searched on the Enternet and found a product named Plantar Fasciitis. i has received quite a good review from users. one thing is special of this procduct is that product can cure this disease from home without surgery. do you think it is helpful and safe?
