I am currently expericiencing abnormal vaginal bleeding that is consisting of black blood instead of the usual red color, it is also light as I have yet to actually soak through an actual pad. I am also expericiencing headaches, and may have a low grade fever.

I had thought that this was a normal period that had an abnormal beginning but it is not looking like it... can anyone provide any answers as to why I might be expericeing these symptoms?
