So I have been trying to get pregnant recently. I have been having unprotected sex a lot. This past week I have felt sick to my stomach, but it clears up when I eat. After I eat I will feel sick again. I have also had some cramping and even some rib pain. I don't have any breast tenderness though and not many other side effects. My ovulation day was last Thursday and I'm wondering if the cramping I was feeling was implantation.
At this point all we can say is it is possible. You may notice some light implantation bleeding, not everyone does, in the next day or two as well.
When your period is due, take a HPT. Use your first morning urine as it is the most concentrated. Testing early can give a "false positive" so if you have to, repeat the test 7-10 days later. By then you should have an accurate result.
