Any cereal that is high in sugar and low in fiber.   IOW most kids cereals and the kind one buys at super discount supermarkets and grocery stores. No offense, especially in low income neighborhoods.

I like most of the Kashi cereals but this morning I had Kashi Cranberry Sunshine. Don't.try.it. :puke:

Oatmeal. With. Onions.

One of my mother's favorites. It would put hair on your chest. Or take it off.

Oh my... That is truly one of the most disturbing things I've heard in weeks.

Me to my friend but consider the source.

I cannot eat cereal unless it's loaded up with sugar, except for one of this year's additions to the List of Foods Lauri Will Actually Eat, Cheerios. I love Cap'n Crunch (regular only), Apple Jacks, Froot Loops, Cookie Crisp, Quisp, Lucky Charms (they ARE magically delicious!), Sugar Corn Pops, Count Chocula, and Cocoa Pebbles the most. Though I haven't had cereal since like January. I, too, am a grit hatah.
