I was diagnosed almost five years ago. I've been trying to conceive for years. I think that is the hardest part of having PCOS. I believe that with a good diet and a 30 mionute workout every other day of exercise you can actually reverse PCOS. I am over wieght, but I noticed that since I've started dieting and exercising, my body has had more natural periods, which probably means that I'm ovulating and I've lost a good bit of weight without using any meds such as metformin. My cholesterol has dropped, my blood pressure, and my insulin levels are back to normal. If you'd like a little more insight to having this disease feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like to.
