My symptoms began in August 2016 and it was hell trying to make it through the day due to the lack of sleep, so I sympathize with all of you. I’m not on any social media so I won’t be joining the FB group. All I did was google “pelvic floor exercises” and “pelvic stretches”, watched a bunch of videos and came up with a regiment that worked for me. I learned that the pelvic area is an area intertwined with muscles and ligaments that often get overlooked when stretching and exercising. You also have to take good care of your low back. Lots of nerves run through the entire area down there. Laying on the rolled up t shirt at my lower back while putting the bottoms of my feet together for about 15 minutes a day helps. Lay down hip thrusts and leg lifts work out the abs without straining pelvic muscles. Periformis stretches seem to help too. If I think of anything else, I will post it here. The secret here is don’t give up. It takes time to loosen the area. Be diligent and stay away from the drugs if you can. They often cause more problems than they solve.
