I have rather interesting problem. Couple days ago I have noticed the little red spot on my white part of the eye. It is the same. It is not shrinking or increasing. But I don't know how I have got it. I suspect that it is popped blood vessel. Can it be true?
It is hard to say. It can be made by an impact (while you were sleeping so you did not register it), by rubbing your eyes with dirty hands, or it can be subconjunctival hemorrhage. You should go to a doctor to check your eyes. You didn't say do you were contacts. It can cause some reactions if they are not appropriate.
