For the last month I have been experiencing some weird symptoms.

About a month ago i sustained a blow to the head in a surfing injury and ever since I haven't felt the same since then.  I dove off my board into very shallow water and landed straight on my head. I have had 3 concussions before and was diagnosed with PCS at the hospital following an ER visit in March of '15.  I haven't experienced any symptoms since April and after I hit my head again I had a moderate headache for two days and then it went away.  I assumed that I had sustained another mild concussion and knew that I was going to be alright, so I never saw a doctor.  Then a few days later I started feeling very lightheaded at dinner with some friends.  I know it sounds weird, but I almost felt like I was there physically, but mentally I was in another dimension.  That's the best way I can describe it.  I went home and lied down and was better.  I was fine for a few more days and then it happened again at dinner.  This happened on and off for a few random days.  Then I came home to VA from college in FL (big weather difference if that could be a contributing factor) for thanksgiving and I came with a sinus infection.  I went to to doc and got a ten day course of amoxicillin 875mg.  I described my lightheaded feeling and he thought it was because of allergies, and I forgot to mention my head injury.  The sinus infection went away and I went back to FL for finals. I felt fine for a few days then the day I came home for winter break it happened again as soon as all of my friends showed up at my house to greet me.  After that day it has been happening every day since.  It used to be only at the end of the day and now it is on and off throughout the day.  Also now I am experiencing moderate to severe fatigue, rapid heart beat, shortness of breath, neck stiffness, and a weird popping noise that I hear when I turn my neck which has been going on since my injury.  I have also had a very painful sore throat that lasted about a week and hurt when I swallowed and was worst at night.  It has gone away, but for some reason my mom insists that I have mono (I dated a girl a little over a year ago who got it while we were dating) but I don't have a fever or any aches.  I also tend to be an anxious person so I always assume the worst.  I am very guilty of using webMD which I know is bad.  I cant shake the thought of brain tumors, or something dreadful like that.  Maybe there is a chance that I may have a serious anxiety issue.  I'm not stressed at all though, so I don't know what could have triggered these weird symptoms.
