Hello, over this past week I have developed great discomfort and pain in my left testicle/scrotum. 3 months ago I had an inguinal hernia repair. I feel as though this development is to far after my surgery to be a result of the repair. I can physically feel a mass above my testicle which feels soft, and at the very bottom of my testicle is a soft lump as well. I am preparing to see a doctor in the coming week. Any thoughts?
